  • Non-trafficable roofing in dwellings consisting of slope formation, 4 kg polymeric asphalt sheet, thermal insulation on roofs over dwellings and protection by means of geotextile and rolled aggregate gravel (10-year guarantee), in accordance with the Technical Building Code.
  • Exterior coating by scraped colored monolayer or painted mortar rendering, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Interior plaster coating of plaster in good view.
  • Flooring of the house with AC4 floating platform and first quality white lacquered skirting board, to be defined by the project management.
  • Bathroom tiling with top quality Porcelanosa stoneware tiles, model VELA SMOKED or similar, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Bathroom tiling in top quality Porcelanosa brand tiles, model BOTTEGA CALIZA and SPIGA BOTTEGA CALIZA in en-suite bathroom and DOVER CALIZA and DOVER MODERN LINE CALIZA in guest bathroom or similar, to be defined by the Project Management.

  • Single lever faucet of the Roca brand or similar, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Toilets of Roca brand or similar, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Bathrooms with washbasin cabinet to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Installation of domestic hot water (DHW) by means of low-consumption aerothermal equipment, in accordance with the CTE.
  • Installation according to Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations.
  • Niessen or similar electrical mechanisms, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Telecommunications installation according to current regulations.
  • Telephone and TV/FM sockets in living room, kitchen, bedrooms and terraces.
  • Video intercom installation.
