  • Interior divisions of dwellings using double hollow brick masonry, in accordance with the Technical Building Code.
  • Acoustic insulation according to the Technical Building Code.
  • Thermal insulation according to the Technical Building Code.
  • Non-trafficable roofing in dwellings consisting of slope formation, 4 kg polymeric asphalt sheet, thermal insulation on roofs over dwellings and protection by means of geotextile and rolled aggregate gravel (10-year guarantee), in accordance with the Technical Building Code.
  • Exterior coating by scraped monolayer, cement rendering with troweled finish, thin layer and painted.
  • Interior plaster or “Pladur” type laminated plasterboard partitions, to be defined by the project management.
  • Flooring of the house with vinyl flooring and top quality white lacquered skirting board, to be defined by the project management.
  • Bathroom tiling in first quality tiles, to be defined by the project management.

  • Entrance door with smooth white lacquered leaf on the inside and anthracite gray on the outside. The door has 4 anti-leverage hinges in stainless steel finish, wide-angle optical peephole, rebate sealing gasket and security lock with three chrome-plated anchorage points.
  • White lacquered interior doors. Stainless steel hardware, circular rosette, watertight rubber gasket in rebate, 9 cm straight flashing.
  • Metal railing in staircase.
  • First quality exterior carpentry, white pvc inside and anthracite gray on the outside of the house of first quality, double glazing, with aluminum blinds, to be defined by the Project Management.
  • Motorized blinds in living room and kitchen.
  • Plumbing installation with cross-linked polyethylene pipe.
  • Pvc downspouts and sewage collectors.
  • Top quality single lever chrome faucets, to be defined by the project management.
  • Top quality sanitary ware, to be defined by the project management.
  • Bathrooms with top quality washbasin cabinet, to be defined by the project management.

  • Installation of domestic hot water (DHW) by means of low-consumption aerothermal equipment.
  • Installation according to Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations and project.
